Ballard County, Kentucky is rural community located just outside the borders of Paducah / McCracken County Kentucky. The county’s population is largely concentrated in the Wickliffe and Kevil areas. The two graphs show that a large concentration of Kevil’s population is on the McCracken County side of the city.
